FAQ

 Q: When will my order arrive?


A: Average delivery speed is between 5-15 business days depending on the delivery location. Order arrival depends upon the products being purchased as well as the country they are being shipped to. Our shipping and delivery speeds range between 5-28 business days. Some orders may need longer depending on the products demand, manufacturing status. warehousing location, as well as carrier shipping speeds available. 



Q: How do I check on my order?

A: If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk/spam folder. If it has been more than 7 business days since you placed your order, please email us at: ❤️goddessbodyco@gmail.com and we will be happy to check your order status and refund or resend your order if necessary.



Q: Only part of my order arrived?

A: Due to the high demand of our products, we ship each product as soon as it is available for shipment. If you place a multi-item order, you may receive multiple packages. We ship items from all over the globe, as we have many manufacturing and fulfillment facilities located in several different countries. 

 

Q: What is the Return Policy?

A: We offer refunds on all items defective upon delivery once items are returned, so please contact us at goddessbodyco@gmail.com so we can verify and approve a refund request, and we will follow up. 


If 7 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: If you wish to change or cancel your order, you may do so within the first 24 hours (Promotional Products excluded). Once we have sent out your confirmation of processing, we no longer have the ability to make changes or to cancel the order.

 

Q: I've entered a wrong shipping address! Can I change it?

A: If this happens to you, please email us as soon as possible.  We will be able to change it only if the package has not already entered the shipping process. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after an order is placed, and they are then shipped out within 24 hours after processing is complete. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we may not be able to stop it.
(IMPORTANT: Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after ordering. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.).

 

Q: What countires do you ship to?

A: goddessbodyco.com currently offers shipping within the Continental United States, Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom. We are working on expanding our servicing area further, so please check back if your country isn't currently listed above as this will be subject to change. 

 

Q: Where are my items shipping from?

A: Although our main headquarters is located in the USA, some of our
specialty and custom products are located in our other warehouses in countries such as Germany, the UK, and China.
